Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance. Any same day changes to your appointment (whether to cancel or reschedule), even due to illness, will be charged at 50% the cost of the service, unless we are able to rebook the time slot with another client. If you no-call, no-show or cancel your appointment within 1 hour of the start time, it will be charged at 100% the cost of the service, since we will be unable to rebook this appointment.

We know that your time is just as valuable as ours, which is why we find this policy to be the fairest way to uphold the integrity of our schedule.

Professional Conduct:

I understand that any service I receive does not constitute medical treatment. Because our services should not be performed under certain medical conditions, I affirm that I will disclose all my known medical conditions and will answer all intake form questions honestly and to the best of my ability.

Any discriminatory language, sexual remarks or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Our practitioners have the right to end the session for any behavior they deem inappropriate and you will be charged the full cost of the service.
