I came here while on vacation in San Diego. It was a wonderful experience. My massage was one of the best I ever had. Everyone was very friendly, and they were helpful in getting me to the location on time - I got a little turned around. I definitely recommend this spot - it was a lovely experience.

My husband and I were traveling for the weekend to San Diego. We were looking for a convenient location near our hotel. We were so lucky to find Dcompress Downtown! We had a couples massage with CBD add on- it was incredibly relaxing. The massage therapists wore masks - which we both appreciated. They took time to ask our needs, pressure and made the experience wonderful. It's an adorably decorated place and I even loved the music in the background. I highly recommend this business! I have been seeing Kala for the 5 years, she gives best massages! Dcompress Downtown is super clean, follows all covid regulations, and staff are very accommodating. What is best is it’s location, walking distance from Little Italy and downtown. It’s my best reason to visit SD!

Here in SD for work and had a lot of pain in my lower back. It was difficult to stand or walk due to the spasm/verve. I was able to get in same day to see Christina and she did great work. Woke up the next morning, 10 minutes ago, and feel 100% better!

I strained my hamstring about 2 weeks before a big mountaineering trip that I planned to Mount Baker in Washington. I was seriously concerned about whether I was going to be able to summit. After two acupuncture sessions and two therapeutic massages, my hamstring was nearly as good as new and I made it up and down the mountain without any issues. Nicole is truly an expert in the field.

Nancy was a godsend! After tweaking my back and barely being able to walk, she gave me just the deep tissue massage I needed, plus lots of good advice to get me back in shape.
